Responsibilities: * Support the efficient establishment of the industrial strategy. * Responsible for competence management, integrating necessary Industrialization and Methods. * Establish industrial principles in the execution of maintenance procedures. * Train and develop associated processes and tools for each project. * Ensure synergy between Industrial Engineering and support areas. * Ensure required industrial support: workshop and station lay\-out, visual management, tool implementation. * APSYS, adapted industrial indicators, participation in supply chain, routes, work sheets, self\-inspection. * Implementation of good practices for project performance. Educational Requirements: * Industrial Engineer (preferred), Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing or related engineering field. Technical Knowledge: * Experience participating in projects related to process industrialization. * "Lean Manufacturing" philosophy.
