If you are a **proactive, organized, results-oriented** individual who enjoys learning digital tools, this position could be right for you. **Responsibilities** **1\) Sales Director Support** * Turn ideas and strategies into **clear, actionable plans**. * Coordinate schedules, priorities, meetings and weekly follow-ups. * Prepare simple but accurate reports that provide visibility into team progress. **2\) Implementation of tools and productivity** * Ensure proper use of the **CRM** and maintain organized information. * Integrate and manage **productivity and AI tools** (automations, organization, tracking, etc.). * Create and standardize formats, documents and materials to improve workflow. * Measure, organize and present **key metrics** from the sales department. **3\) Sales team optimization** * Organize trainings, workshops and Impact Meetings. * Identify team improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions. * Generate useful information (lists, comparisons, data) to support sales decisions. **4\) Operational coordination and communication** * Serve as a clear and organized liaison between sales agents, marketing and management. * Ensure information flows smoothly, arrives on time and is well presented. * Propose tools, processes or ideas that help the team work more efficiently. **Essential Profile** * Impeccable organization and excellent attention to detail. * Professional presentation and assertive communication. * Proactive attitude, quick problem-solving and strategic-operational thinking. * Natural interest in digital tools, systems, productivity and measurement. * Stability, commitment, values and long-term growth vision. **Valued (not essential)** * Power BI, Excel (pivot tables), CRM or other analytical tools. * Experience organizing processes or systems. * Interest in the premium and real estate markets. **Benefits** * Performance bonus (under development, based on clear metrics). * 100% on-site work in Cancún with **occasional flexibility**. * Direct training with the Sales Director. * Company with family values, transparency and accessible leadership. * Participation in creating tools, processes and continuous improvement. * Professional growth within a high-performance environment. * Well-defined culture focused on holistic personal well-being.
