




**Responsibilities and Obligations** **Room Cleaning and Housekeeping** * Perform daily cleaning of occupied and check-out rooms following brand standards. * Make beds and change bed linens and towels according to protocols. * Clean and disinfect bathrooms (mirrors, toilets, showers, sinks, fixtures). * Vacuum carpets and clean floors, walls, windows, and furniture. * Dust all surfaces, including lamps, frames, vents, and accessories. * Restock courtesy items and bathroom amenities. * Verify that in-room electrical and electronic equipment functions properly. * Inspect and ensure proper placement of furniture. **Restocking** * Keep the housekeeping cart organized and adequately supplied. * Continuously replenish towels, sheets, toilet paper, soaps, and other guest supplies. * Report supply needs to the Floor Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager. * Maintain service closets clean, organized, and stocked. **Safety and Hygiene** * Immediately report lost items found in rooms (Lost \& Found) following established protocols. * Ensure windows and doors are closed upon completion of cleaning. * Report any malfunctions to Maintenance (burnt-out lights, leaks, broken air conditioning). * Use cleaning chemicals safely, following Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). * Place "Cleaning in Progress" signs on doors during service. **Guest Interaction** * Offer a warm and courteous greeting when encountering guests in rooms or hallways. * Respond professionally to immediate requests for cleaning or supplies. * Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information. **Internal Communication and Coordination** * Inform the Floor Supervisor of room status (clean, occupied, check-outs, pending). * Report incidents, damaged items, or special guest requests. * Coordinate with colleagues to assist with additional rooms during high occupancy periods. **Quality** * Meet established time standards for room cleaning. * Conduct final room inspections before marking rooms as ready for guests. * Ensure rooms convey freshness, cleanliness, and hospitality. * Anticipate guest needs and prepare VIP rooms with special attention.
