**EDGE BUSINESS ADVISOR** --------------------------- **Function:** Commercial / Trade Marketing **Scope:** Local **Location:** Cancún, Quintana Roo ### **Main Purpose of the Job** Ensure correct point-of-sale execution, guaranteeing KPI compliance, alignment with business priorities, and effective management of the promoter team in the assigned area. ### **Main Accountabilities** * Identify execution opportunities in stores (physical visits, virtual visits, and data analysis). * Generate diagnostics and define actions to improve KPIs. * Negotiate and follow up with store managers to optimize sales indicators and personnel management. * Implement business priorities in the field. * Train and guide promoters on business matters. * Coordinate delivery of priority materials for operations. * Set promoter team itineraries. * Administer and lead the assigned promoter team. ### **Direct Reports:** * Point-of-sale promoters **Key Interfaces:** * Store managers * Trade Marketing team * Commercial department * Logistics and Distribution ### **Critical Success Factors for the Job** **Key Skills:** * Leadership and team management * Negotiation and effective communication * Results orientation * Analytical ability to interpret KPIs * Organization and planning **Others:** * Willingness to work in the field * Knowledge of the retail channel and point-of-sale execution * Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and tracking Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
