The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing events, groups, weddings, and incentives, ensuring an impeccable experience for each client and guaranteeing compliance with brand standards. * Manage and supervise groups, events, and conventions from quotation through post-event closure. * Conduct site visits and executive presentations for clients and strategic partners. * Coordinate and ensure complete event logistics with involved departments: A\&B, Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, among others. * Administer contracts, room blocks, deadlines, and deposit policies. * Prepare customized proposals aligned with the resort’s luxury standards. * Supervise setups, installations, and adherence to operational guidelines. * Maintain strong business relationships with agencies, DMCs, wedding planners, and key accounts. * Ensure profitability of each event through cost control, upselling, and operational oversight. * Generate reports, forecasts, pick-up rates, and productivity analysis for the Sales Department. * Guarantee all events align with Ennismore \& SLS service standards. **Qualifications** * Professional with executive presence, high organizational skills, and excellent communication. * Detail-oriented, service-driven attitude, and ability to resolve problems in real time. * Ability to work under pressure, lead teams, and manage multiple simultaneous events. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as Manager or Senior Coordinator of Groups \& Conventions in luxury hotels. * Advanced English (essential). * Proficiency in Opera, Delphi, Social Tables, or similar systems. * Proven experience with MICE groups, weddings, corporate events, and VIPs. * Excellent business relationship management and negotiation skills. * Availability for flexible hours and event coverage. **Additional Information** * The opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing international group committed not only to building new hotels but also to creating a global brand. * The chance to challenge convention and work in a creative and rewarding environment. * Being part of a team passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and exploring new destinations with every opportunity. * A competitive compensation package and multiple opportunities for growth and development.
