**Job Objective:** Perform sample collection for the processing or interpretation of all clinical studies, adhering strictly to the standards and procedures established by the Organization, while demonstrating excellent service attitude and warmth, thereby ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Areas of Responsibility: · Collect blood samples, cultures, gynecological specimens, and electrocardiograms in accordance with current official regulations and the Organization’s established procedures, delivering high-quality and warm service to ensure full patient satisfaction. · Centrifuge samples according to official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Record pending samples on the outsourcing order form, note relevant observations for each sample, and specify the number of tubes (various types), slides, bottles, media, and biopsies included in the submitted samples. · Package samples timely and correctly, following official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Classify RPBI (Regulated Pathological and Biological Waste) according to procedure and official regulations, as well as update the daily and monthly logs. · Deliver RPBI waste to the vendor’s operator and verify that the manifest data are accurate and correspond to the Clinical Analysis Unit’s data. · Update and maintain all logs in accordance with official regulatory procedures (Procedure No.) and those established by the Organization. · Review, analyze, and deliver results to patients promptly and accurately, following the Organization’s processes and policies. · Track special studies with pending delivery dates exceeding two days to ensure timely delivery and patient satisfaction. · Sanitize all designated areas and complete the corresponding log in accordance with the established procedure. · Provide customer service by supplying information—both in person and via telephone—about the services offered by the Clinical Analysis Unit. · Provide instructions and prepare patients for their scheduled studies, in accordance with established procedures. · Provide ultrasound department study information to all patients, in accordance with established procedures. · Accurately and honestly collect payments for studies and services provided by the Clinical Analysis Unit, following the Organization’s established procedures. · Properly and honestly manage all matters related to the cash-handling company and/or daily sales deposits, in accordance with established guidelines. · Submit daily income reports in accordance with the area’s established procedures. Generate and print the daily global invoice, as well as perform point-of-sale closing, in accordance with the Organization’s established procedures and policies. · Generate and print the daily global invoice, as well as perform point-of-sale closing, in accordance with the Organization’s established procedures and policies. · Generate, send, and print the daily outsourcing order in accordance with established procedures. · Print daily clinical study results in accordance with established processes. · Send electrocardiograms to the cardiologist for interpretation; extract and print the results for delivery, following the Organization’s established procedure (only applicable when no computer equipment is available in the ECG area).
