Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and departing the hotel. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Transport guests’ luggage to and from rooms and/or the designated bell stand area. Assist guests and visitors entering and exiting vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage. Provide directions to guests on how to reach destinations. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi, shuttle bus) for guests or visitors and record advance transportation service requests as needed. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or concerns have been fully resolved to their satisfaction.
