Completes assigned projects thoroughly and within the established time frame. The position requires excellent guest service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Selects appropriate cleaning chemicals and protective equipment required by staff for various surfaces and cleaning tasks. Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures, report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries, complete safety training and obtain safety certifications, and store flammable materials properly. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; thank them sincerely; assist people with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Support team to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) without assistance. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, turning, and stooping.
