Comprehensive payroll management for diverse companies A corporate firm headquartered in Cancún is seeking a **Payroll Executive** with the following requirements: Objective: Fulfill all required activities within the department to ensure continuous process improvement and align with the firm’s vision. Competencies: * Ability to work under pressure * Numerical aptitude Skills: * Intermediate to Advanced Excel * Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and IMSS * Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and Income Tax Law (LISR) Responsibilities: * Preparation of payrolls for various companies using spreadsheets (Excel) * Calculation of severance settlements and liquidations * Approximate headcount of 400\. * Pay slips * Resolving employee inquiries * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Drafting employment contracts * Personnel file management * Report management * Client service Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Minimum experience: 3 years * Knowledge: Microsoft Excel * Must be proficient in driving (mandatory) * Valid driver’s license (mandatory) We offer: * Monthly net salary of $14,000 MXN * Biweekly payments * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits * Career growth within the company If you possess a high percentage of these skills and have the relevant experience for this challenge, please begin the application process.
