*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for the company Consultoria HRTalent in Centro Logístico Celocán, Behind the Airport \- Cancún, Quintana Roo** A major souvenir company in Cancún is seeking a General Accountant **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting and payroll. * Experience managing accounting ERP systems, preferably Odoo. * Knowledge of NIF, current tax and labor legislation. * Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis tools. Responsibilities * Record, reconcile and control accounting transactions in the ERP (Odoo or similar). * Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. * Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, provisional and annual payments). * Manage full payroll: calculation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, incidents and benefits. * Record and manage obligations with IMSS, INFONAVIT and other tax authorities. * Maintain updated employee database and employment contracts in the system. * Propose improvements in accounting and payroll processes, especially within the ERP. * Coordinate with Human Resources and other departments to ensure accuracy in records and payments.
