Position Summary: Verify and report route square-ups to ensure item traceability and assist in general administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Execute and obtain route square-up information for TR1 and TR2 routes 2. Analyze fuel efficiency and issue item records 3. Provide support in administrative tasks and operational control Position Objective Verify and report route square-ups for TR1 and TR2 routes (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure item inflow and outflow from units and the platform at the COP, thereby maintaining full traceability and preventing item theft, as well as assisting in general administrative tasks for operational control. Job Functions or Activities 1. Execute route square-ups for TR2 and TR1 routes. 2. Obtain information on items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 route square-ups. 3. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. 4. Analyze fuel efficiency for TR2 routes. 5. Report TR1, TR2 route square-up results and fuel efficiency audit findings to the Supervisor. Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transportation or related field. Specialization Area: Inventory execution; controlling item inflows and outflows.
