Site Resident – Installation of Concrete and Fiberglass Prefabricated Components Location: Puerto Morelos / Riviera Maya Contract Type: Full-Time / Specific Project Job Description: We are looking for a Site Resident with experience in the installation of concrete and fiberglass prefabricated components. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. Responsibilities: • Supervise the proper installation of concrete and fiberglass prefabricated components. • Coordinate and manage the assigned workforce, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. • Conduct quality control checks on installation and materials used. • Manage communication with the warehouse to ensure availability of required materials and resources. • Prepare construction progress reports and report to the project director. • Ensure compliance with site safety regulations. • Resolve technical and logistical issues arising during project execution. • Generate estimates, delivery certificates, and project closeout documentation. Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision. • Knowledge of applicable construction and safety regulations. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent organizational and team management skills. • Willingness to work extended hours and travel if required. • Proficiency in computer tools and project management software.
