Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Intern to support the development, updating, and management of processes, policies, and learning content creation, as well as auditing compliance with procedures. JOIN OUR TEAM AT HOTEL SHOPS! · We are seeking a Process Intern to support the development, updating, and management of processes and policies, and the creation of learning content by deploying required documentation and information, as well as auditing compliance with procedures and assessing outcomes of in-person and remote teaching and learning processes. · REQUIREMENTS: Reside in Cancún, Quintana Roo. Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or International Business undergraduate studies. Proficiency in digital design software for visual content (Canva and Adobe Express). Basic to intermediate Excel skills. Strong writing and spelling skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop internal communication campaigns. Create missing campaign web spaces. Deploy scheduled campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, TEAMS, Email). Analyze campaign consumption on the web. · WE OFFER: Monthly stipend of $4,000. Uniform.
