Contributes to continuous improvement and system integration JOB OBJECTIVE Analyze, design, document, automate, and implement processes that optimize operations and drive technological improvements within the company. · REQUIREMENTS: Reside in Cancún, Quintana Roo. Bachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering, Software Development, or related field. Experience in business analysis (BA) and process elicitation. Proficiency in administrative, operational, and systems flowcharting. Experience with low-code tools. Experience in system integrations and APIs. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. · TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Basic programming knowledge. JavaScript programming knowledge. Process mapping and modeling. Flowcharting. Low-code / no-code tools. Programming logic. Development of basic solutions. System integration. Functional and technical documentation. User testing and functional validation. Continuous process improvement. · GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze information related to administrative, operational, and systems processes to identify opportunities and improvement needs. Conduct information gathering with users and process owners. Document current and proposed processes using flowcharts and functional documentation. Design improvement proposals focused on process optimization, automation, and standardization. Develop mockups, schematics, or functional proposals for applications, forms, and workflows with a user experience (UI-UX) focus. Configure, develop, and implement workflows using low-code tools with a UX focus. Perform basic programming to complement required technological solutions or automations. Develop or support integrations between processes and workflows. Participate in functional validation of implemented developments. Track testing, incidents, adjustments, and implementation of process and technological solution improvements. Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for processes, developments, and integrations. Technical support for the workflow platform and active workflows. Collaborate with various organizational departments to ensure correct understanding and execution of requirements. · MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure accurate process elicitation and documentation. Propose viable improvement alternatives aligned with operational needs. Design clear functional solutions for development or automation. Implement workflows in an orderly, efficient, and requirement-compliant manner. Guarantee documentary traceability of developed processes and solutions.
