We are looking for a **Junior Brand Representative** with a passion for public relations, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for interacting with people, who can help position our brand at various forums, conferences, and strategic alliances. **Position Objective** To represent the company at events, forums, and conferences; establish alliances with institutions and companies; and professionally and effectively promote the CRM through public relations, attracting potential prospects and customers. **Main Responsibilities** Attend and represent the company at forums, conferences, trade shows, and events. Develop strategic alliances with institutions, companies, and associations. Participate in event planning and logistics to ensure brand presence. Deliver presentations and value-added capsules about the CRM, either in person or digitally. Promote the product through public relations and direct contact with prospects. Identify business opportunities at events and follow up on generated contacts. Coordinate with the sales team to convert opportunities into clients. **We Offer** Monthly gross base salary **$13,000.00** + variable gross bonus based on goal achievement **$4,000.00** – Approximate net total $15,000.00; bonuses guaranteed for the first 3 months Statutory benefits based on actual salary registered with IMSS In-person activities including visits and events Opportunities for growth within the sales and public relations departments. Training on CRM usage. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (availability required for weekend or special-hour events). **Work Modality:** Hybrid (home office and in-person), with travel to events and forums as needed. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** 1 year of experience in public relations, events, or brand promotion. Excellent personal presentation and strong public speaking skills. Previous experience in CRMs, ERPs, or related technologies is desirable. Experience in logistics and participation in trade shows, forums, or conferences. Enjoy interacting with people, empathy, and strong networking skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (desirable).
