Job Summary: Processes foreign exchange transactions, verifies the authenticity of banknotes, operates automated systems, and advises customers on exchange rates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accurate and fast processing of foreign exchange transactions. 2. Application of anti-fraud protocols in banknote and coin verification. 3. Providing foreign exchange rate advice to domestic and international customers. Process foreign exchange purchases/sales accurately and promptly Verify the authenticity of banknotes and coins following anti-fraud protocols Operate the automated teller system and record all daily transactions. Cash reconciliations, cash drawer closing, audits Advise domestic and international customers on exchange rates.
