




Position Summary: We are seeking a procurement professional to process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure supply chain efficiency—contributing to the launch of new brands. Managing relationships with suppliers and internal departments. **Company Description** This is an exciting position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of all\-inclusive brands and will play a key role in launching two new brands with refreshed brand identities to the market in 2026\. Park Royal is a beloved vacation name in Mexico, and this role presents an opportunity to build on that success while evolving the brand to carve out a unique position in a popular all\-inclusive market. Rixos is a successful brand already established across the Middle East and Europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion. **Job Description** * Receive and process purchase orders from various departments within 24 hours. * For the vast majority of purchases, request 30 days of credit terms. * Once purchase orders bearing required signatures are received, ensure the supplier has acknowledged receipt. * Prioritize suppliers enrolled in the Avendra program over non-enrolled suppliers. * Track shortages reported by warehouse or direct purchases; if the assigned supplier cannot meet operational delivery timelines, reorder from an alternative supplier. * Manually maintain sequential numbering control for purchase orders and retain original purchase order files. * Maintain control over manually generated purchase orders to ensure full signature compliance. * Email manually generated purchase orders to suppliers only after obtaining all required approvals: Purchasing Manager, Department Director, Finance Director, and Hotel Management. * Maintain and update a shared file containing quotations and comparative analyses for review by the Purchasing Manager. * Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and good condition of work equipment. * Wear the designated uniform, project an exceptional presence, and greet internal customers and suppliers with a friendly smile. **Qualifications** * The candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities, and be able to explain and demonstrate capability to perform essential job functions—with or without reasonable accommodations. * Minimum three (3\+) years of procurement experience, preferably in a luxury-branded hotel, all-inclusive property, or resort. * Ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high attention to detail. * Maintain positive and productive working relationships with suppliers and internal departments. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively to foster a team-oriented work environment. * Must be observant and respond promptly to diverse situations, multitask efficiently, and manage stressful scenarios. * Must be available to work both indoors and outdoors year-round as business volume requires. * Proficiency in hotel-specific property management and sales systems is required. * Numerical aptitude and negotiation management skills. * Excellent communication skills and fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Spanish; intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** ivan.ramireztlapapal@ennismore.com pedro.pech@ennismore.com
