




**Community Manager / Digital Content Creator** **Position Objective:** We are seeking a **Community Manager** to serve as the voice, face, and digital connection of a foundation on social media—generating authentic, relatable, and relevant content that positions the foundation’s mission to transform public spaces into active, safe, and inclusive places using low-cost, high-impact methodologies. The person in this role will be the central figure in our content, appearing in videos and digital activities to amplify the foundation’s social impact and build an active, engaged digital community. **Key Responsibilities:** **Social Media Reach** * Managing and growing communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. * Increasing reach, engagement, and brand recognition for the foundation. * Humanizing the brand by becoming a recognizable face of Placemaking México. * Connecting with young audiences interested in social, urban, and community-related topics. **Core Responsibilities** * Creating and executing the social media content strategy. * Producing original content (videos, reels, stories, live streams), appearing on camera. * Writing copy aligned with the foundation’s social, positive, and educational tone. * Covering field events, activations, and projects (filming and publishing). * Engaging with the digital community: messages, comments, and interactive activities. * Proposing innovative digital trends, formats, and campaigns. * Measuring results and delivering basic performance reports (reach, engagement, growth). * Coordinating with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns. **Core Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning** * Designing and implementing the monthly social media content calendar. * Proposing digital campaigns aligned with the foundation’s projects, events, and objectives. * Identifying digital trends and adapting them to the social and community context. **Content Creation** * Creating original content in the following formats: * Reels * TikToks * Stories * Informative and testimonial videos * Appearing on camera as host or narrator of the content. * Documenting field projects, events, workshops, and community activations. * Writing clear, empathetic copy aligned with the institutional tone. **Community Management** * Managing direct messages and comments. * Encouraging interaction with the digital community. * Responding to inquiries and routing relevant messages internally. **Analytics & Reporting** * Monitoring key metrics: reach, engagement, views, and growth. * Delivering periodic performance reports and improvement proposals. * Adjusting content strategies based on performance data. **Internal Coordination** * Collaborating with internal teams to understand projects and key messages. * Ensuring consistency between digital communications and the foundation’s values. **Position Requirements (Ideal Candidate Profile)** We seek a young, creative, empathetic individual with a strong interest in social issues—who enjoys communicating, storytelling, and connecting with people. Prior experience working at foundations is not mandatory, but demonstrated affinity with social, urban, cultural, or community topics—and experience creating personal or professional digital content—is essential. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow as a socially impactful content creator and who has the potential to become a digital reference for the foundation. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Design, Social Sciences, or related field **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience managing social media (personal or professional). * Demonstrated history of creating original social media content (reels, TikToks, videos, live streams) with significant reach. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager, content creator, or similar role. **Knowledge & Skills** * Proficiency in social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. * Basic video creation and editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.). * Understanding of digital trends, viral formats, and social storytelling. * Creative writing and digital communication. * Familiarity with core social media metrics (engagement, reach, views). **Key Competencies** * Clear, empathetic, and authentic communication. * Confidence on camera and ease of expression. * Creativity and initiative in content generation. * Social awareness and affinity with community-related topics. * Organizational skills and discipline in content scheduling. * Team collaboration and openness to feedback. * Proactivity and positive attitude. **What We Offer** * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Occasional availability required for events, activations, or recordings outside regular hours) * **Salary:** MXN $15,000 – $20,000 per month + medical insurance * **Location:** Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance Application Questions: * Have you created content related to social, urban, cultural, or community topics? * If you are a personal content creator, please share your social media handles in this section.
