Support for events and exhibitions Job Objective Provide friendly and professional service to customers visiting the agency, ensuring a positive experience from their arrival and appropriately directing them to the corresponding department. Main Responsibilities Welcome customers and visitors to the agency. Direct customers to the sales advisor or corresponding department. Maintain and record visitor logs in a logbook or system. Offer beverages or basic assistance during the customer’s stay. Support appointment coordination and follow-up on visits. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable. Assist with events, activations, and exhibitions held within the agency. Provide general information about products and services (referral). Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma. Customer service, reception, or sales experience (preferred). Excellent personal presentation. Basic computer skills. Flexible availability.
