Position Summary: The Security Supervisor at Mayan Monkey Isla Mujeres ensures the physical safety of the facilities and guests’ peace of mind by supervising the security team and responding to incidents. As the Security Supervisor at Mayan Monkey Isla Mujeres, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical safety of our facilities and our guests’ peace of mind. Your duties will include supervising the security team, conducting regular inspections, and responding to incidents. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Isla Mujeres, ROO. **Requirements** * Supervisory and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff. * Experience in physical security and operations, including inspections and security protocol handling. * Excellent communication and customer service skills, focused on delivering a positive guest experience. * Knowledge of operations management to coordinate daily activities efficiently and effectively. * Other desirable qualifications: ability to solve problems under pressure, prior experience in similar roles, and proficiency in English.
