Job Summary: This position involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of video surveillance (CCTV) systems to ensure security in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Teamwork, proactivity, and customer service. **Job Objective** Install, configure, maintain, and repair video surveillance (CCTV) systems and related equipment, ensuring proper operation, image quality, and security coverage in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Install security cameras (analog and IP), DVRs, NVRs, and auxiliary equipment. * Perform structured cabling (coaxial, UTP, fiber optic where applicable). * Configure recording, storage, and remote monitoring systems. * Mount brackets, conduits, and structures required for equipment. * Conduct operational tests and adjustments for focus, angle, and image quality. * Diagnose and repair CCTV system failures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Integrate CCTV systems with other security systems (alarms, access control). * Train customers on basic system operation. * Prepare technical reports for installation and service. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards during installations. **Job Requirements: Academic Qualifications** * Technician in electronics, systems, telecommunications, or related field (preferred). * Minimum technical high school diploma. * **Experience** * **1 to 3 years installing CCTV or electronic security systems.** * Experience handling electrical and measurement tools. * **Technical Knowledge** * **CCTV systems (analog, HD, IP).** * DVR/NVR configuration. * Basic networking (IP, routers, ports, internet). * Structured cabling. * Electrical installation safety standards. * Handling of manual and electrical tools. * Skills * **Technical problem-solving.** * Teamwork. * Customer service. * Organization and tidiness. * Results orientation. * Fieldwork (customer visits). * Willingness to travel. * Working at heights or outdoors. * Focus on quality and detail. * Adaptability. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Working Conditions * **Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.** * Responsibility and punctuality.Competencies Salary: Starting from $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
