Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard to ensure the protection of facilities and staff, maintaining a safe and orderly environment in restaurants. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain order during peak-traffic hours **Vacancy: Security Guard – Restaurant Sector** **Location:** Branches at Plaza La Isla and Plaza Marina Puerto Cancun, both located in the hotel zone. **Employment Type:** Full-time, 8 hours. **Shifts:** Morning and Afternoon **Job Objective** Ensure safety and access control for staff, suppliers, and visitors, as well as protect restaurant facilities, assets, and personnel, maintaining a safe and orderly environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of staff, suppliers, and visitors. * Responsible for safeguarding staff mobile phones at designated locations, ensuring only authorized personnel may access their phones. * Inspection of personal belongings brought in by staff. * Verification of identity, credentials, and access authorizations. * Opening and closing patrols, both with their respective checklists. * Record entries and exits of suppliers and goods. * Supervise internal and external areas of the restaurant. * Prevent incidents, thefts, or risky situations. * Promptly report anomalies, incidents, or suspicious activities. * Assist in implementing internal protocols and procedures. * Maintain order during peak-traffic hours. * Prepare various operational reports related to restaurant operations. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a security guard (preferably in restaurants, hotels, or retail establishments). * Basic knowledge of access control and logbook management. * Good physical condition and service-oriented attitude. * Responsibility, honesty, and discretion. * Availability to rotate shifts and work across different branches. * Must have a mobile phone with WhatsApp enabled. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: $10,000 net monthly + $1,000 monthly bonus (subject to guidelines) * Statutory benefits. * Transportation support for afternoon shifts. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Uniform shirts. * Meals during shift. **Desired Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Conflict resolution skills. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. **Application and Contact** Interested candidates should apply through one of the following channels: **WhatsApp:** 99 82 18 73 14 **Email:** rh@cenacolo.com.mx **Office Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
