Provide information about local services and attractions We are a European-plan condohotel located in the Hotel Zone of Cancún city. **Objective:** Create an exceptional and personalized experience for each guest. **Main Responsibilities** · Perform guest check-in and check-out. · Ensure follow-up and fulfillment of guest requests. · Answer telephone calls. · Provide information about hotel services, beach activities, and local attractions. · Assign rooms and manage room change requests.
