Verify compliance with itineraries, arrival and departure times at boarding points. Detect route deviations, unauthorized stops, or speeding. Coordinate immediate corrective actions with supervisors, operators, or logistics staff. * Performance Indicators Management and Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports. Measure KPIs: travel times, route compliance, GPS incidents, operator performance, fuel efficiency. Present data-driven analyses with recommendations and predictions. * Route Planning and Optimization Develop route optimization proposals based on algorithms and tools. Analyze historical traffic data, high-risk zones, and peak hours to improve efficiency. Suggest route restructuring to reduce costs and commute times. * Supervision of the Monitoring Team Coordinate the GPS monitoring team during operational shifts. Assign roles, track daily results, and train the team. Ensure accurate interpretation of technological data and foster a predictive analytics culture. Integrate new conversational and predictive AI tools to streamline processes. Propose improvements based on AI-generated insights. Digitize and automate manual processes. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or others) for rapid analysis of operational data. Develop or apply predictive models to anticipate delays, accidents, or mechanical failures. Identify operator behavior patterns (e.g., speeding, harsh braking, idle time, fuel consumption). Enable AI-generated intelligent reporting.
