Job Summary: We are seeking a content creator. Key Highlights: 1. Static content creation and full production (photoshoots) 2. Short-form video recording and editing with a sales focus 3. Visual aesthetic management and support in newsletter design We seek an all-rounder content creator with impeccable visual taste. Your role is to make our 7 brands look outstanding and ensure the community feels heard. **Responsibilities:** * **Content (Art):** Creation of static social media content, web banners (Medusa), email marketing layouts, and promotional materials. * **Full Production:** Coordination of monthly photoshoots (model casting, location scouting, art direction). * **Content Creation:** Recording and editing of short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) with a sales focus (UGC style). * **Community Success:** Supervision of customer service bots and human response in strategic cases to close sales. * Visual aesthetic management across social media platforms and support in designing basic newsletters. **Requirements:** * Video portfolio (CapCut / Adobe Premiere / TikTok). * Experience in fashion or physical product production. * Excellent spelling and the "spark" to connect with the audience. **Compensation and Benefits: Creative Content Creator & Visual Designer** * **Base net salary:** $20,000 MXN per month. * **Productivity Bonus (On-Time Delivery):** Monthly incentive for adhering to the content calendar across all 7 brands. If artwork and videos are delivered on schedule, you receive this bonus. * **Creative Performance Bonus:** Incentive for viral hits or conversions. If a video/ad you create exceeds average engagement metrics or drives a direct sales spike on TikTok Shop, we reward your creativity! * **Community Success Bonus:** Quarterly incentive based on community health (positive sentiment, response speed, and assisted sales closures via DMs). * **Production Budget:** Reimbursed per diems for photoshoot days and budget for editing/AI tools (CapCut Pro, Adobe, Midjourney, etc.). * **Growth Opportunity:** Potential to become the "Creative Director" for the entire brand group.
