Their primary function is to coordinate and monitor the entire FF&E process—from project receipt on paper through to final installation and post-delivery activities. This includes direct contact with suppliers for quotation, contracting, reviewing manufacturing drawings, supervising and tracking production, delivery, and assembly processes—ensuring that each item complies with established design standards, quality requirements, and timelines.
