* Monitoring of work climate, internal events, and employee retention.
* Preparation of contracts and documentation (including REPSE).
* Creation and analysis of Human Resources KPIs.
* Handling dismissals, complaints, and labor relations.
* Supervision of inventories, lockers, and facility maintenance.

* 4 days per month involve evening events from 8 to 9 pm
### **Candidate Profile:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in industry/manufacturing).
* Knowledge of labor legislation, IMSS, and REPSE processes.
* Leadership, assertive communication, conflict management, and strategic vision.
