If you seek job stability, have experience leading operational teams, and are proficient in digital warehouse tools, this position is for you! **Location:** Cancún\-Mérida Highway Km. 304, S.M. 117, Benito Juárez Municipality, Quintana Roo, C.P. 77500 (100% on-site). **What will be your mission in this role?** You will be the key player in ensuring the efficient flow of product loading and unloading at our distribution center, serving as the bridge between document administration and floor-level operational staff. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Personnel coordination:** Organize, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the loading/unloading team for material handling operations. * **Administrative control and systems:** Enter delivery notes, returns, and manage trip documentation using the **SAP** system (or similar inventory management software). * **Goods verification:** Physically verify that received quantities match delivery notes, immediately reporting any discrepancies or damage to the CEDIS Manager. * **Document management:** Prepare vehicle controls, invoicing, cost sheets, and ensure proper daily operational record archiving. * **Order and safety:** Maintain order, control, and cleanliness in pallet zones, work tools (hydraulic pallet jacks), and transport units. * **Workplace climate:** Identify, communicate, and propose solutions for any situation affecting the work environment, ensuring a harmonious and efficient team. **Essential Requirements to Apply (Required Profile):** To be considered for selection, it is **strictly required** to meet the following criteria: * **Education:** Completed university degree (Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience** in warehouse, logistics, storage, or distribution center (CEDIS) roles. * **Mandatory Industry Experience:** Background in the **Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution Centers (Warehousing \& Fulfillment Centers)** industry. * **Technology Tools:** Proficiency in **SAP** or other similar inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS). * **Key Skills:** Strong ability to coordinate operational teams, problem-solving under pressure, assertive communication, and leadership. * **Job Stability:** Demonstrate a minimum tenure of 2 years in previous positions. * **Availability:** Flexibility in working hours to meet the warehouse’s operational needs. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly salary:** $12,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 MXN per month (based on profile and experience). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct employment with the company. * Opportunity for stability and growth within a solid organization in the logistics sector. * Excellent work environment focused on developing effective teams.
