Opportunity to organize labor integration activities **RH HUNTING is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in San Juan del Río, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ An engineering company specializing in civil works planning and all types of installations is looking for a **Human Resources Coordinator!** **Work Location:** Los Velázquez neighborhood, Ezequiel Montes, Querétaro. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, or related field **(completed).** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources (Payroll and IMSS). * **REPSE proficiency (mandatory).** * Proficiency with platforms such as Nomipaq, IMSS portal, Infonavit, Fonacot, SIROC, and SISUB **(intermediate\-advanced).** * Knowledge of ISO standards. * Valid driver’s license **(mandatory)** * Willingness to conduct occasional field visits. **Responsibilities:** * Personnel recruitment. * Employee onboarding, termination, and salary modifications within the Payroll, IDSE, and SUA systems. * Compilation and control of employee files. * Administration and recording of payroll incidents. * Employee separation procedures (final settlement calculations). * Completion of ST7 form. * Employee support and assistance. * Organization of recreational activities, year-end parties, birthdays, work anniversaries, and other labor integration activities. * Vacation tracking and management. * Application of Infonavit and Fonacot deductions. * End-to-end management of pre-payroll and payroll processes. * Nomipaq system management. * Employee registration in SIROC. **Compensation Package:** * Base monthly salary of $16,000 net. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Salary growth opportunities. * Training programs. * Company vehicle for work-related purposes. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. * Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * Responsible * Ability to work under pressure * Organizational skills *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a22dfd2a000036000c865b\&source\=indeed
