




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate HR management activities and strengthen the employer-employee relationship. Key Responsibilities: 1. Foster a positive work environment HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER REQUIRED: OBJECTIVE: Plan, direct, and coordinate the organization’s human resources management activities to strengthen the relationship between employer and employee. REQUIREMENTS: * Extensive experience in the position * Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position * Demonstrable experience working with HR metrics * Proficiency in HR processes * In-depth knowledge of HR techniques * Knowledge and experience in payroll * Extensive experience in recruitment and selection * Familiarity with IMSS and Infonavit requirements (registrations and cancellations), and Labor Secretariat procedures * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Infonavit Law, and NOM-35 * Training and development * Organizational development * Labor relations GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business strategy * Manage the recruitment and selection process * Serve as a communication channel between management and employees to consider their needs and address related issues * Develop and oversee general HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization * Foster a positive work environment * Maintain compensation plans and benefits programs * Assess training needs and implement and monitor training programs * Ensure legal compliance in hiring, payments, and employee withholdings * Coordinate corporate training and development plans OFFERED: * Monthly salary of $25,000 * Statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $25,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Labor law reforms: 3 years (Preferred) * Training and development: 3 years (Preferred) * Recruitment and selection process: 3 years (Preferred) * LFT, NOM-35, Infonavit Law: 2 years (Preferred) * Labor relations: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
