Opportunity to work with an established consulting firm Consulting firm in Cancún with over 10 years in the market is seeking: **Human Resources Manager** **Requirements:** \- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. \- 3 years of experience as HR Manager or Coordinator \- Minimum 3 years of personnel management experience \- Must be over 30 years of age \- Proactive **Knowledge:** \- Knowledge of recruitment sources \- Knowledge of payroll, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and severance payments \- Organized, punctual, and a leader. \- Knowledge of Organizational Development **We Offer** \- Monthly salary of $18,000 net \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \- Workplace location: Avenida Andrés Q.
