Position Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer or a Networks Graduate to design, execute, and supervise technological infrastructure projects, lead technical teams in the field, and configure network equipment. Advanced configuration of network equipment General Description: We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer or a professional holding a Bachelor's degree in Networks or Telecommunications with experience in designing and executing technological infrastructure projects. The candidate must be capable of leading technical teams in the field, supervising structured cabling and telecommunications system installations, and performing advanced configurations on network equipment. Requirements: \* University degree in Engineering/Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Networks, or related fields. \* Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in designing and implementing similar projects. \* Solid knowledge of structured cabling, IP networks, fiber optics, CCTV. \* Advanced proficiency with switches and network equipment (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting). \* Leadership and field technical team supervision skills. \* Willingness to travel and work on field projects. Responsibilities: \* Design solutions for telecommunications projects, including IP networks, structured cabling, CCTV, and fiber optics. \* Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of structured cabling and telecommunications systems. \* Configure and manage switches and other network equipment. \* Ensure correct project implementation in compliance with technical standards and scheduled timelines. \* Collaborate with technical teams and clients to ensure project requirement satisfaction. \* Generate progress reports, risk analyses, and improvement strategies. \* Support material and human resource management for projects. Desirable Skills: \* Certifications from Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent. \* Experience using network design software (AutoCAD, Visio, or others). \* Basic knowledge of international cabling and telecommunications standards (TIA/EIA, IEEE).
