This position will be responsible for preparing and following up on quotations and projects, maintaining constant communication with clients, technicians, and operational departments. Requirements * Engineering or related technical degree. * Experience in quotations, operational follow-up, or customer service. * Experience managing multiple pending tasks and simultaneous follow-ups. * Preferred experience in technical companies, engineering, maintenance, automation, construction, or industrial fields. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Ability to understand technical requirements, materials, or components. * Skill in preparing clear, organized, and visually professional quotations. * Experience incorporating photographs and descriptions into quotations. * Excellent organization and follow-up skills. * Strong communication skills and sense of urgency. Responsibilities * Preparation and follow-up of quotations. * Client attention and follow-up. * Follow-up with technicians and installers. * Organization of requirements and pending items. * Project and service follow-up. * Updating administrative controls. * Development of clear and visually presentable quotations. * Incorporation of photographs and technical descriptions into quotations. * Tracking of status and delivery timelines.
