**Procables de México**, a company dedicated to the **electrical and lighting industry**, is seeking a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR for CEDIS located at: **Parque Industrial GAIA bodega 21 Blvd. Luis Donaldo Colosio km.9 Mz 13, Santa María 309\-A, 77560 Cancún, Q.R.** We are looking for your talent as a warehouse supervisor; we seek a proactive individual with leadership skills and teamwork abilities. **Main responsibilities:** * ***Receiving goods*****:** Coordinate the receipt of materials from external suppliers and CEDIS, verifying that materials match the invoice and inspecting product quality. * ***Inventory control***: Record cyclic counts provided by the inventory department, reporting any discrepancies found for analysis and follow-up. * ***Personnel management*****:** Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff by assigning tasks and activities to ensure efficient operations. * ***Order tracking*****:** Responsible for monitoring shipment and receipt of orders, ensuring correct dispatch and reporting any issues to the inventory department. * ***Organization and arrangement of materials*****:** Responsible for coordinating optimal warehouse usage, supervising proper material placement and labeling for better control. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Warehouse experience (minimum 3 years) * Experience in a similar position as warehouse supervisor or leader in a related industry * Knowledge of electrical, lighting, hardware, or construction materials * Up-to-date personal documentation * Employment records from the last 3 jobs * Experience managing personnel WE OFFER: * Base salary * Weekly payments every Wednesday (BBVA or Banorte payroll) * Statutory benefits from day one * Social security, vacation, Christmas bonus, seniority pay * Corporate benefits * Work schedule: * Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm * Saturday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm Don't miss the opportunity to join our great team Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
