If you are a person passionate about gastronomy, with exceptional organization and inspiring leadership, we are looking for you to become our Kitchen Manager in Cancun. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and Leadership: Direct and train the kitchen team, assigning tasks and ensuring an efficient workflow during service. * Quality Control: Monitor the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food, ensuring that Rooster Cafeteria's standards for taste, portioning, and plating are met. * Inventory and Cost Management: Place orders with suppliers, manage ingredient inventory, and control food costs to minimize waste. * Hygiene and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area. * Maintenance: Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. * Food Preparation: Assist in dish preparation when necessary. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles such as Kitchen Manager, Station Chef, or Sous Chef, preferably in cafeterias, breakfast restaurants, or high-quality fast-food businesses. * Knowledge and experience in inventory management, cost control, shrinkage, and ordering. * Familiarity with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and effectively solve problems. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Availability for full-time hours, including weekends.
