A leading company in professional spa and wellness products and solutions, with a strong presence in the hotel segment, is seeking to add a passionate individual to its team—someone dedicated to professional aesthetics, training, and commercial development.
This position combines **specialized technical consulting** with **consultative selling**, focused on the profitable growth of hotel spas and building long-term relationships with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Specialized Technical Consulting**
* Train hotel therapists and aestheticians on facial treatments, professional protocols, and correct product usage.
* Support spa openings, menu launches, or service updates.
* Supervise proper protocol execution in treatment rooms.
**Service Menu Development**
* Design and update facial and body treatment menus for hotel spas.
* Advise on treatment costing and profitability analysis.
* Propose strategic services aligned with guest profiles and hotel category.
* Incorporate seasonal treatments and sensory experiences.
**Sales and Commercial Development**
* Conduct consultative sales of professional spa products.
* Develop and manage hotel accounts.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities (retail, upgrades, rituals, complementary treatments).
* Present commercial proposals and follow up on closures.
* Achieve sales and revenue targets.
**Client Relationship Management and Follow-up**
* Conduct periodic visits to assigned hotels.
* Monitor product consumption, turnover, and spa needs.
* Address technical or commercial issues.
* Build long-term relationships with spa managers and hotel operations teams.
**Reporting and Internal Coordination**
* Prepare visit, training, and commercial results reports.
* Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical consulting departments.
* Support events, activations, and special presentations at hotels.
**Job Requirements**
**Education**
* Licensed aesthetician, cosmetologist, spa therapist, or related field (mandatory).
* Certifications in specialized facial treatments (preferred).
**Experience**
* 3–5 years of experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Hotel spas or wellness centers.
* Therapist training.
* Sales of professional spa products or services.
* Experience working with hotels (highly preferred).
**Technical Knowledge**
* Advanced facial treatments.
* Professional treatment room protocols.
* Professional product handling.
* Basic treatment costing and spa profitability.
* General knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
**Commercial Knowledge**
* Consultative selling.
* Commercial proposal design.
* Cross-selling strategies.
* Post-sales follow-up.
