**Job Description** We are a leading Construction Management company seeking a **Project Manager** with experience in Pre-construction and Construction. **Experience:** * Administer and plan project execution (Master, intermediate, weekly plans) * Control project budget * Ensure the execution of a technically viable project compliant with current regulations * Ensure customer satisfaction * Perform on-site engineering * Manage the pool of contractors * Issue progress and control reports * Guarantee quality in executed works **Requirements / Knowledge:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field * Minimum 10 years of experience managing building and urban development projects in Riviera Maya. * MEP Engineering knowledge * Project management/planning methodology (Last Planner System, preferred) * Budgetary control * Work team management * Contractor control * Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD **Skills:** * Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team * Proactive attitude * Experience working towards goals * Negotiation and leadership skills Job type: Full-time, Indefinite contract Salary: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 net per month.
