**Construction industry corporate group seeks Administrative Resident for public tender project management: ASPHALT REPAVING** **Requirements** · Civil Engineer / Architect — related to the construction industry · Minimum 3 consecutive years of experience in construction processes · Knowledge of: construction procedures, unit prices, material quantification, and cost estimates. **· Experience in public works is MANDATORY** **· Must have experience in ASPHALT REPAVING projects** **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze drawings to determine volume-generating elements for construction work. * Prepare and adjust the itemized cost catalog, adding or removing line items as required by the project. * Update unit prices in the CIPU system according to current conditions. * Promptly report any changes identified in the project. **Employment conditions** We offer a mixed salary — confirmed during the interview.
