Position Summary: BAUM is seeking a committed and organized Carpentry Site Supervisor to execute high-quality carpentry projects, coordinate teams, and manage project closures. Key Highlights: 1. BAUM – Carpentry Industry **Specialists in manufacturing doors, closets, vanities, and kitchens for real estate developments** At **BAUM**, we are growing and looking to bring onboard a **Site Supervisor in Cancún**, committed, organized, and passionate about executing high-quality projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain and update the site logbook. * Verify timelines, processes, and completed tasks. * Prepare weekly estimates. * Supervise installation progress. * Conduct project closures and validate proper completion of work. * Send the daily agenda. * Lead and coordinate the work team. * Handle payroll and pre\-payroll (timely and correct submission). * Manage the release of contractual minutes via delivery minutes with the client. **Requirements** * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Availability of time. * Service-oriented attitude and results-driven mindset. * Organized and responsible individual. * **Must reside in Cozumel or surrounding areas.** **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Additional company-provided benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. * **Net monthly salary of $18,000 to $20,000** (biweekly payment). * **You do not work on your birthday!** * Working schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day). **Important Notice** Our recruitment processes **involve no costs whatsoever**.
