Monitor designated swimming areas to identify hazardous situations, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers experiencing difficulties. Promote recreational facility rules and policies. Identify situations where guests cannot safely participate in an activity and report them to a supervisor/manager. Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Promote a cheerful and comfortable environment for guests. Fold, stack, and launder towels according to company procedures. Wash, scrub, and clean the area surrounding the pool. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to management; complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets.
