Requirements: * Education: Junior high school. * Basic experience and willingness to learn pipe conduit installation: thin-wall galvanized, thick-wall galvanized, PVC; tray installation; and specialized tools (threading dies, conduit benders, grinders, drills). * Familiarity with hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, tape measures, wrenches, reamers, ratchets). * Commitment to high-quality work, orderliness, and cleanliness. * Safety boots required during the probationary period. * Driver’s license (not mandatory).
