Join our team to grow together as an IN-STORE SALES ASSOCIATE! *Apply only if you meet the profile requirements, agree with the salary terms, and reside within the work location area.* Responsibilities: - In-store customer service - In-store sales of electrical equipment and materials - Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes - Technical advisory support to customers on catalog products - Handling customer phone inquiries - Attending training courses or programs Requirements: * Education: Internship status or recent graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields * Experience: Minimum 2 years in in-store sales and customer service * Preferred experience in electrical, hardware, construction, or industrial sales * Outstanding service-oriented attitude * Passion for sales * Proficiency in computer use * No outstanding debt with BBVA, as payroll is processed through this bank We offer: - Direct employment by the company * Base salary: MXN $10,275 (gross) * Excellent commission structure: average monthly commissions of MXN $5,000 to MXN $10,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Monthly food vouchers: MXN $2,500 * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary * Profit-sharing • Life insurance Work location: Carretera Transístmica No. 3300, Col.
