We are looking for a Site Resident to join our team on residential projects. The position focuses on supervision of finishes, quality control, and post-sale delivery follow-up of housing units. We seek an organized, proactive individual with interest in developing expertise in finishes and attention to construction details. Main Responsibilities * Supervise finish work on residential housing units. * Monitor plastering, painting, flooring, and final details. * Conduct quality inspections and identify items requiring correction. * Coordinate and follow up with contractors and suppliers. * Support housing delivery processes to clients and post-sale activities. * Prepare progress reports and site logs. * Verify compliance with scheduled timelines and quality standards for assigned tasks. * Track warranties and address customer-reported issues. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 1 year of field experience (residential housing and/or vertical construction of up to 4 levels). * Basic knowledge of finishes, plastering, painting, and flooring installation. * Prior experience in housing delivery or post-sale service is desirable. * Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
