The role combines active prospecting, corporate client service, and order follow-up, aiming to meet and exceed established sales targets while strengthening Tramontina's presence in this strategic sector. **Key Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Management and prospecting of corporate clients** in the hospitality and food service sectors. * Develop and grow the customer base by generating new business opportunities. * Meet and exceed the **sales targets** defined by management. * Accurately follow up on **corporate customer orders and deliveries**, ensuring service quality. * Prepare, present, and follow up on **commercial and performance reports** on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. * Develop customized sales proposals and coordinate negotiations with key clients. * Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, trade marketing, and finance) to ensure proper execution of projects and commercial agreements. * Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and attract potential customers. * Monitor competitors and market trends to propose strategies that strengthen Tramontina’s market share in the sector. * Coordinate and supervise the assigned sales team (if applicable), ensuring alignment with sales objectives. * Keep customer information, orders, and activities updated in the CRM or relevant system. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Gastronomy, International Business, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 years in sales positions within **hospitality, food service, hotels, or restaurants**. * Proven experience in **corporate sales prospecting and closing**. * Knowledge of institutional client management and portfolio handling. * Intermediate-to-advanced **Excel** skills and experience with customer CRM systems. * Intermediate English proficiency desirable. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits (social security, Infonavit, profit sharing, and 30-day year-end bonus). * Support for continuous professional development (educational scholarship). * Ongoing training and growth opportunities. * Employee discounts on Tramontina products. * Discounts and preferential pricing through commercial partnerships. * Medical, pregnancy, lactation, maternity, and paternity leave. * Major medical expense insurance. * Free uniforms. * Travel allowances (accommodation, transportation, and meals). **Location:** Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico – Office and showroom. **Work Mode:** On-site. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weekends off). **Salary:** $15,000.00 to $18,000.00 per month Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Discounts and preferential pricing * Major medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site job
