It also means teamwork, a great atmosphere, and camaraderie!‍‍ **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Strong **teamwork skills** and ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. * Results-oriented mindset to exceed established goals. * Advanced **planning and organizational skills** to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Proficiency in office tools and order management systems (SAP). * **Minimum English level C1\.** **Here’s a brief overview of your day-to-day responsibilities...** * Updating and maintaining master data for customers and products in Odoo * Receiving customer requests, preparing quotes, and registering orders in Odoo * Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing follow-up * Coordinating with headquarters regarding purchase orders, as well as accounting and tracking * Issuing commercial and logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, certificates of origin if applicable) * Tracking sales and purchase orders and resolving incidents \- Recording invoicing, payments, and account control in Odoo * Checking availability and applying restocking policies in Odoo * Warehouse management: receiving, storing, and rotating products **What are the advantages of working at ZENNIO?** Annual fixed salary \+ 15-day bonus.
