Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and proper operation of computer networks and systems by proposing and implementing preventive and corrective action plans, with strong technical knowledge and a service-oriented attitude. Key Highlights: 1. Infrastructure performance monitoring and optimization. 2. Hardware and software technical issue resolution. 3. Implementation of security measures to protect data and systems. Responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and proper operation of the company's computer networks and systems by proposing and implementing preventive and corrective action plans for hardware, software, and network maintenance; troubleshooting issues; possessing solid technical expertise in operating systems, networking, and security; as well as communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. · Monitoring and Optimization: Supervising infrastructure performance and optimizing resources. · Documentation: Maintaining technical documentation and procedures. · Updates and Improvements: Researching and applying new technologies and best practices. · Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving hardware and software technical issues remotely or on-site. · Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Performing maintenance tasks to prevent failures and resolve hardware and software issues. · Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring hardware, software, and networks to ensure systems operate correctly. · Information Security: Implementing security measures to protect company data and systems, such as antivirus, firewalls, and access policies. · User and Access Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access to company systems and resources. · System Monitoring: Monitoring the status of systems and networks to detect potential issues and ensure performance. · Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of systems, issues, and solutions to facilitate management and maintenance. · End-User Support: Providing technical support to end users, responding to their questions and assisting them in resolving issues. · Software and Hardware Updates: Keeping systems updated with the latest software and hardware versions to ensure performance and security. · Incident Management: Managing security incidents and hardware/software issues from detection through resolution. · Planning and Design: Participating in IT infrastructure planning and design to ensure systems are efficient and scalable.
