Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge with experience in all-inclusive hotels to deliver personalized service, coordinate guest experiences, and manage special occasions with a service-oriented attitude. Proactive resolution of requests and satisfaction follow-up **Join a unique team!** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role at **ALL\-INCLUSIVE** hotels * Advanced conversational English * Gender: Unrestricted * **Service-oriented attitude** 1\. **Personalized guest service** * Provide detailed information about hotel services (restaurants, activities, operating hours, etc.). * Fulfill special or customized requests (specific room types, special decorations, etc.). 2\. **Coordination of on-property experiences** * Reserve à la carte restaurants, spa treatments, sports activities, shows, etc. * Manage priorities or exclusive benefits for VIP or repeat guests. 3\. **Organization of external activities and excursions** * Recommend and book tours, cultural experiences, private transportation, or authorized taxis outside the hotel. * Coordinate safe and reliable services with external providers. 4\. **Management of celebrations and special occasions** * Plan anniversaries, birthdays, marriage proposals, or other personal events. * Coordinate decorations, gifts, photography services, or live music per guest request. 5\. **Handling complaints or sensitive requests** * Serve as the primary contact point to swiftly and discreetly resolve complex situations. * Mediate between guests and other departments to ensure a seamless experience. 6\. **Proactive guest satisfaction follow-up** * Proactively verify guest special preferences prior to check\-in. * Conduct follow-ups during the stay and before check\-out to ensure a positive experience.
