Team Overview: The primary role of a Hunter is to prospect new clients through strict fieldwork, constant face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and other methods that promote and generate interest from potential clients. The Hunter must plan and execute persuasive strategies to successfully affiliate top accounts within the market while working closely with mid/high-level management, operations managers, and restaurant staff. Therefore, we seek individuals with extensive market knowledge and excellent sales skills. Role Responsibilities: * Prospect clients, diagnose their requirements, and build a value-driven solution for each of them. * Identify and closely collaborate with decision-makers at our business partners. * Establish commercial relationships with partner restaurants, building and fostering long-term, win-win mindset relationships. * Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct accurate and personalized follow-up with each client. * Understand and embrace DiDi’s mission and purpose to continuously improve company performance. * Meet and exceed expectations and commitments from our partners by providing excellent service. * Develop action plans and ensure their implementation to achieve established goals. * Visit restaurants, identify their needs, and follow up on partnership opportunities to meet performance metrics and sales targets. Role Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 or more years of sales experience. * Hunter mindset: organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous; capable of working under clear deadlines and goal-oriented. * Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade others to accept service concepts/solutions that may differ from their perspectives. * Capacity and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging goals. * Interpersonal skills: must be able to maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients and multifunctional organizations. * Strong sales, negotiation, and persistence skills to achieve goals. * Client prospecting ability, gaining deep understanding of needs to diagnose their requirements. * Intermediate Excel skills.
