Configure and maintain integrations with Make, Zapier, Twilio **CRM Integration and Automation Specialist** We are looking for a technical CRM Integration and Automation Specialist with analytical thinking and strong customer orientation, responsible for designing, implementing and supporting automated integrations between digital platforms and our CRM system, ensuring efficient processes and a seamless experience for customers and internal teams. **Academic Qualifications** * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Software Engineering or related field (mandatory). **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile application development and integration of external services (mandatory). **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Problem-solving focus and continuous improvement mindset. * Patience, empathy and service orientation. * Proactive, organized profile with high sense of responsibility. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. * Genuine interest in process automation and optimization. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer support and assistance for integrations with **Meta, Google Forms**, and other digital channels. * Provide technical-functional support for connections between external platforms and the CRM. * Coordinate and participate in meetings with agencies or clients to review, validate and optimize automated workflows. * Configure, document and maintain integrations using tools such as **Make, Zapier, Twilio, Gupshup, Parseur**, or similar. * Monitor automated processes, identify errors and propose improvements. * Develop technical and functional documentation: user manuals, step-by-step guides and support videos. **Technical Requirements** * Experience with **Meta, Make, Zapier and Twilio**. * Mobile development with **Flutter or React Native** (mandatory). * Integration of RESTful APIs and external services. * Proficiency in Firebase, Push Notifications, OAuth and mobile data management. * Version control with Git / GitHub. * Testing, debugging and performance optimization of mobile applications. * Experience in **publishing apps on Google Play Store and App Store** (mandatory). **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs * Probation period (3 months) **Salary:** $14,000.00 to $16,000.00 per month, net (based on experience) **Work Location:** Tlalpan, CDMX Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Mobile application development: 2 years (Mandatory) * CRM Specialist: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
