**Job Profile: Inventory Analyst**
**Job Objective**
Analyze, control, and track information related to inventories, receipts, shipments, and product movements to ensure data accuracy, optimize processes, and support decision-making within the company.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Monitor and update inventory databases.
* Analyze inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
* Prepare inventory reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Track receipts, shipments, transfers, and adjustments.
* Perform data reconciliations and validations.
* Identify inconsistencies and propose process improvements.
* Manage stock levels and product turnover rates.
* Support audits and physical inventory counts.
* Generate reports in Excel or ERP systems.
* Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate information.
**Required Profile**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
* Experience: 1–2 years in data analysis, inventory management, or administrative control.
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Knowledge of inventory control and numerical analysis.
